Welcome to The Palash Hills Hotel & Banquet (A Unit of BRADS Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd.). To ensure safety, comfort, and decorum for all staying guests, event hosts, and visitors, the following terms, management rights, house rules, and disclaimers apply to all occupants of our premises.
1. Right of Admission Reserved
- The Hotel Management reserves the absolute Right of Admission to the hotel, rooms, banquet halls, and premises.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest or visitor who displays disorderly, violent, intoxicated, or unlawful behaviour, or who causes disturbance to other guests, without refund or compensation.
2. Mandatory Government Identification (Check-In)

Under statutory directives from the Government of India and Ranchi District Police, every adult guest (18+ years) staying at the hotel must present an original, valid government-issued photo ID with address proof at check-in.
- Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID Card.
- Non-Accepted ID: PAN Card is not accepted as address proof under Indian hotel regulations.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and valid Indian visa/e-visa (Form C compliance).
3. Room Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines
- Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Permitted strictly subject to room availability and may attract nominal hourly or half-day charges. Please inform reception in advance.
- Maximum Room Occupancy: Guests must adhere to maximum adult occupancy limits per room category (up to 2 adults in Deluxe/Grand Deluxe; up to 3 adults in Family Comfort).
4. Banquet Hall & Event Guidelines (Grand & Classic Halls)
- Sound & Music Curfew: In compliance with the Supreme Court of India guidelines and local Ranchi administration noise-pollution regulations, amplified outdoor music or high-decibel DJ systems must conclude by 10:00 PM. Low-decibel indoor ambient music may continue within prescribed decibel limits.
- Fire Safety & Crackers: Use of hazardous firecrackers, pyrotechnics, inflammable cylinders, or open bonfires inside banquet halls is strictly prohibited for the safety of all guests.
- Outside Vendors: Outside decorators, florists, or sound technicians must obtain prior written permission from hotel management and coordinate with the banquet coordinator regarding setup timings.
5. Property Damage & Security Deposit
- Guests and event organizers are financially liable for any loss or physical damage caused to hotel property, furniture, lighting, audio equipment, room fixtures, or linen by themselves, their guests, or appointed vendors.
- Management reserves the right to charge the cost of repair, dry-cleaning, or complete replacement directly to the guest’s final bill or security deposit.
6. Valuables & Loss of Belongings (Disclaimer)

The hotel management, staff, and directors shall not be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, cash, jewellery, electronic gadgets, or vehicles parked in or around the property premises. Guests are advised to keep their rooms locked and exercise personal care over their valuables.
7. Prohibited Substances & Unlawful Activities
- Possession, consumption, or trade of narcotics, banned psychotropic substances, or illegal items is strictly prohibited. Violations will be immediately reported to local police authorities.
- Carrying licensed or unlicensed firearms, ammunition, or weapons inside the hotel and banquet halls is strictly forbidden.
- Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking indoor banquet areas and enclosed family corridors.

Photographs, 3D renderings, and graphical representations of guest rooms, banquet halls, event decoration setups, food buffets, and property amenities displayed on our official website (thepalashhills.com), social media channels, or marketing brochures are strictly for representative and illustrative purposes only.
Actual room dimensions, color palettes, interior furnishings, views, decorative stage setups, lighting arrangements, and banquet configurations may vary depending on maintenance schedules, category upgrades, and customized client specifications. Prospective guests and banquet organizers are warmly invited to visit our property in Old Lowadih, Namkum for an in-person physical inspection prior to booking.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to stays, banquet bookings, or services at The Palash Hills Hotel & Banquet shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
